Overview

FindServiceCenter.com is a directory of authorized and third-party phone & electronics service centers, sourced from brands' own official service-locator listings, across every country we list - currently including India and the United States. Browsing the directory doesn't require an account or any personal information.

The addresses, phone numbers, and other details shown for a listed service center are business contact information published by the brand's own official locator, not personal information we collect about you. If a listing shows a personal number rather than a business line, see "Correcting or removing listing information" below.

Information we collect

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site - for example, which pages are popular and roughly how much traffic the site gets. This collects standard analytics data such as your approximate location (derived from IP address, not your precise location), device and browser type, pages visited, and how long you spend on them. We do not collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying information through this.

If you submit a form on the site - claiming a listing, requesting promotion, or reporting an issue with a listing - we collect whatever you enter (e.g. name, email, phone number, and any message or suggested correction). This information is only used to review and act on that specific request - to verify a claim, follow up about a promotion, or investigate a report - and isn't used for marketing or shared with anyone outside FindServiceCenter.com.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser's settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

When you vote on whether a listing's information is correct, we set a small cookie so the same browser can't vote twice on that listing. It doesn't identify you personally and isn't used for tracking. Blocking cookies won't affect your ability to browse and use the site, aside from allowing repeat votes on the same listing.

Third-party services

Google Analytics receives data from your visit as described above. Google's own privacy policy explains how they handle this data: policies.google.com/privacy.

We don't share, sell, or otherwise pass on visitor data to anyone else.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Correcting or removing listing information

Every listing has a "Report an issue" link, including a specific option for "this is my personal number, please remove it." We review these manually - a removed number is also excluded from future updates, so it won't silently reappear the next time we refresh that brand's data. You can also email us directly at the address below.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

FindServiceCenter.com uses Google Analytics to analyze website traffic. This analytics tracking does not store personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, physical addresses, or email addresses - see "Information we collect" above for the separate case of information you submit through a form. Analytics tracking relies on anonymous Client IDs assigned via cookies. To exercise your CCPA right to access or delete data associated with your browser's Client ID, please contact us with your browser's _ga cookie value.

Visitors outside India and the United States

Local law elsewhere may give you additional rights over your personal information beyond what's described here (for example, the right to request a copy of what we hold about you, or to have it deleted). Since we collect very little personal information to begin with - see "Information we collect" above - most such requests can be handled directly by emailing us. We haven't implemented a jurisdiction-specific rights process (such as a cookie-consent banner) beyond what's described on this page.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site changes. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
