By using FindServiceCenter.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms as the site changes - continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

What this site is

FindServiceCenter.com is a directory of authorized and third-party phone & electronics service centers, sourced from brands' own official service-locator listings, across every country we list. We don't sell repairs, parts, or warranty service ourselves, and we're not a party to any transaction between you and a listed service center. See our Disclaimer for how listing accuracy and brand affiliation work.

No warranty

The site and its listings are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied - including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that a listed center is currently operating, will honor a warranty claim, stocks a particular part, or is open at the listed hours.

If you submit information to us

Claiming a listing, requesting promotion, submitting a review, asking a question, or reporting an issue all involve you sending us information through a form. By submitting, you confirm the information is accurate to your knowledge and give us permission to review and, where relevant, act on it (for example, updating a listing after we verify a correction). We don't guarantee that any submission will be published or acted on - reviews, claims, and reports are moderated manually before anything changes on a live listing.

Don't submit anything false, defamatory, or that you don't have the right to share (for example, claiming a business you don't own, or posting a review for a visit that didn't happen).

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, systematically copy, or republish the site's listings in bulk; don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems; and don't use the contact-request forms to spam a listed business.

Third-party links

Listings link out to service centers' own websites, Google Maps, and (where enabled) Amazon product pages via affiliate links. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

Trademarks

Brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the service centers listed, per our Disclaimer. Being listed doesn't imply sponsorship or endorsement by the brand.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindServiceCenter.com and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing—including a wasted trip, a missed repair window, or a dispute with a service center. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

In the event that FindServiceCenter.com or its operator is held liable by a competent court for any claim or dispute arising out of or related to your use of the site, our total aggregate liability across all claims shall be strictly capped as follows:

• For users in India: capped at a maximum total amount of ₹1,000 INR.
• For users in the United States: capped at a maximum total amount of $10 USD.
• For global users: capped at $10 USD (or equivalent in local currency) or the total amount you paid to us in the last 12 months, whichever is lower.

Because this platform is provided to you free of charge, you acknowledge and agree that these liability limits are fair, reasonable, and proportionate.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of FindServiceCenter.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
